Modus link is a leading provider of global supply chain management solutions. Ucensis were commissioned by our partner to design a new internal tool that would manage client products and orders through their fulfilment process.

Ucensis led the design phase and were responsible for capturing detailed requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews. We also met with a number of end users to ensure the resulting design made their life easier.

The design phase focused on making the process more efficient and the interactions more usable. We modelled the solution using a combination of process maps, use cases and wireframes.

To ensure the solution met the client's requirement the architects created a walkthrough of the entire site's functionality using wirefrmames. This quick and cost effective solution enabled the team to clearly communicate the solution to the stakeholders and elicit further detailed requirements that had been missed. After a few iterations, the design was transferred into detailed specifications to be handed over to the build team. Ucensis assisted in policing the build to assure quality and were actively present throughout the testing phase before deployment.
