Ucensis were commissioned by our partner to re-design the Intel Marketing Store which enables resellers from 26 countries to buy Intel related merchandise and services.
The design phase also included back end processes that managed products, content and orders. Ucensis led the design phase and were responsible for capturing requirements from a number of key stakeholders within the EMEA region. Using these requirements we modelled a solution that focused on making the purchase process effortless whilst also promoting cross sell and up sell opportunities.
A low fidelity prototype was created for use in user testing before the final solution was fully documented in detailed specifications. Ucensis assisted in policing the build to assure quality and were actively present throughout the testing phase before deployment.
Post deployment Ucensis have been commissioned to design solutions for a number of odd on tools and applications.
